Mission Statement
Student Council is an organization where a group of students representing all middle school homerooms, comes together to discuss school related matters. We plan for engaging and interactive activities focusing on holidays, shows, and charity. We value communication and want to be inclusive of all student voices. Our goal is to keep students motivated to not just see the good, but to be the good. We can accomplish this by incorporating the arts as a means of expression and appreciation. Highlighting student creativity in a fun way can build confidence as well as tolerance and acceptance of others. By using technology, we can share our ideas and learn from each other.

Digital Library
Student Council is proud to share the new virtual book recommendation library compiled by our middle schoolers. This allows us to share our voices and learn from each other. It also provides many online resources including some full e-texts so that you may have better access to books of interest. We hope that this will motivate you to read over the summer and share more of your own recommendations so that we can continue to build this library. Please use the book recommendation template for your three summer reading responses because Student Council will be asking for more contributions in September!
