PS 232Q Mission
The Mission of PS 232Q is to provide students with an academically challenging and integrated curriculum that promotes student engagement and agency, while developing critical thinkers and confident learners. Through a safe and nurturing school environment, we will provide a pathway for students to meet standards of excellence, and become self-directed citizens equipped with the skills needed to succeed in the modern world.
Instructional Focus
Teachers will design lessons and deliver instruction that emphasizes the use of literacy skills to reinforce reading comprehension that support content knowledge across all subject areas.
Priority Focus
I will build capacity in our school community by providing teachers and leaders opportunities and professional learning aligned to the needs of the building in conjunction with individual skill sets that each professional has in order to support the design and implementation of systems and structures that strengthens teaching and learning at PS232.
